The minimum age for renters and drivers is 21 years of age

No, all vehicles must stay within Florida in the 3 counties (Broward, Dade, and Orange County). Renter must let us know if vehicle will be used to travel within the state.

If a customer accidentally locks the key in the trunk or vehicle, they are fully responsible for all charges to retrieve it. They can contact a locksmith or have Bally Rent a Car provide one. Must call us if this happens at 954-999-9907.
We do not provide spare keys. Customer will be responsible for charges to make an extra key.
